1. Depending on the type of support requested (duration, workload, …), the availability and estimate of time will be checked.

2. If possible, a face-to-face meeting will be set up

3. b-eventic proposes an offer. Each project is assessed (assistance by the hour or day, all-in fee)

4. When agreed on the fee, an agreement including a confidentiality clause will be set up.

b-eventic can recommend or partner with other experienced freelancers or agencies to deliver the perfect result.
